What is everyone doing for Halloween? Or not doing? We don't do much here I am afraid, some of the teenagers dress up, but mostly it's one of those things that pass us by. Although when Oliver was younger, we used to take him Trick or treating with my neighbours daughters. But they are all now far too old. I do miss it though, it was fun watching them get all dressed up and be all excited about the candy and stuff. We rarely get any trick or treaters here either any more. We would be certain to get a few when the kids were younger, but now.. nobody calls. Sad really. I think I should move to America it sounds like you guys have ALL the fun with this ! Tell us all what you are up to.. if you are.

You and your Chipotle!
Yes, things change when the kids aren't little anymore (sad, and I miss it so much), but for a while now, we line the driveway with our carved pumpkins, put a fire pit out there and sit outside to hand out candy.
My mom, my brother's family, my oldest son and his family and my sister's family also come up to eat a big pot of chili and join in.
Ooo, the fun thing now is the granddaughter and seeing her dress up and show her off to the neighbors for her first time trick or treating. Bringing in the next generation!
