It was a very respectful decision on their part not to play tonight. And to play a set of older songs just for those that went anyway is so classy and caring. We support a great band, and I agree wholeheartedly about this being a caring place. I'm grateful for it. And their decision to play the below songs is fitting. O is already a tear jerker for me, but under these circumstances....whew.
From Atlas Project
LIVE: Coldplay set to perform; Yellow, Til Kingdom Come, Us Against The World, Fix You & O (Fly On) shortly.

Well, that was a beautiful set. Perfect. And they played 'Sparks', wow. All of the songs were very fitting, as I said, but I couldn't listen to O, just as I thought. They will play the concert next Saturday according to Chris. Beautiful.

I find it impressive that they didn't only care for the people in France but also for their fans who travelled miles and miles to see them. It seems like the best solution to me to postpone the concert and at the same time have something for the people who went there as well. Well done!

Oh wow.. This band are the best. THE BEST. I have no words.
To have put this together at the VERY last minute. Sheesh. They are just too talented and I love them all so much.
I didn't get up in the end. I didn't get to bed until 12:30 last night, the kittens wouldn't go to bed! I was chasing Mylo around the lawn at midnight! So my alarm went off and I just turned it off. Seems it was the best decision.

After all the news yesterday and the restrictions of Tidal, I also decided not to set my alarm.
When I woke up I first checked the news about Paris and shortly after the board and read what CP did.
Speachless. How can a band be that humble. Never experienced something like this. A good choice. If I haven't already loved them, I would instantly do!
I love this band, I love those 5 men and above all, I love all of you! At a time like this, it is good to come to a place like this, moan with each other...
What a way to start the dark days before the holidays. The time of year I love the most. Today we gave this childsparty, Sinterklaas called. It's something like Santa Claus. Nice to see the kids don't know what happened and are happy, but I am sure all the parents have mismatching feelings now. I know I do!

Listening now, this is a beautiful thing to wake up to. They did John Lennon proud. Music is a healing force, and we have to try to focus on the good in the world as much as possible. Proud of Coldplay and very grateful for having this board to share my feelings.
