I love their visual elements this time. A lot of simple lighting like the Rush of Blood tour, simple non-costume clothes (though they were cool), some fun lasers and confetti, and even if it was just the venue, I loved the band being close together and just playing their great music.

I wonder if the streamers will reappear? I think they probably won't. Lol but it was one of the funniest things. Seeing them get all wrapped up in them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don't really like the streamers...
Then again I don't think they should do confetti either. The overall tone of this era calls for a lot less flash in my opinion.

The streamers were fun. I do think they should use them every gig. But every now and then would be fun. I was very suprised they used the streamers. It looked like this upcoming tour will be very low-key. Streamers and confetti will not fit in that concept. But I do think they will be low-key at certain points, but they also will try to make the gigs spectaculair. The fans were soiled in the MX tour.

I personally think the show will be a mix of low key and upbeat, with maybe a little more emphasis on low key this time around, and that's the way I would want it myself. They have enough songs of both to really give a great show showcasing both sides should they want. The streamers were hilarious. I think, for this gig anyway, they were trying to do something similar to confetti without using confetti, and it backfired a little bit, but it was entertaining. I think they probably learned their lesson, though, and IF they do it again, they will tweak majorly.

Yeah I agree. Part of the magic of a CP gig though is standing under the rain of confetti. Being part of the show. Eg Xylobands etc. I DO think they will do SOMETHING audience participationy (sorry that's not a word, but it's late LOL). Whether it will be confetti, streamers, xylobands or something entirely new, I do think it will be there.

Chris drew something at each song. I have a feeling the draws have a connection to the artwork....
