When I heard this first, BBC Lounge, I loved it. Also on the gigs we heard it. It is a lovely song, but there are a lot of songs on the album which I love more.
Like Cathy said, after seeing the TV special, the song got something sad. Chris looked so tired and sad. And Chris isn 't a good actor, so I am quite sure he didn't looked that way just for the special.

LdySpace... now that we've seen the NBC special, I'm guessing the picture in the OP is from where they were filming the scene when Chris is underwater. They obviously couldn't film him underwater in the Pacific at night, so that's probably what was going on there.

No, absolutely not, I agree. I'm sure the underwear pic is from the pool. You may be right, but I think I automatically assumed that they were filming him from above and hoped there was more to it. A girl can hope!  |

I do think the diving board was only to get him into the water. Think back to the original Spies video (or, Bigger, Stronger, if you will)--they were in a pool of water for some underwater shots and the ocean for others. The diving board was used so Chris could jump into the pool, and that was filmed for him entering the water.
