:( Such horrible stuff in the world at the moment, but can you guys stop shooting people please? ! I am coming out to New York on Monday! Well, I'm trying. I wrote to our Congress asking them to please listen to us and bring back the ban on assault weapons, so you know, people can stop being murdered and all, but all they did was send back some stupid form letter about how "they do care about us, really, but that we should all understand that gun control is not the answer to stopping people being shot by guns". Cuz that makes sense.  The Democrats in Congress are trying, really, but the Republicans in Congress don't seem to care at all. |

Which will be my first week of employment as I learn company policy, procedures, how to drive and navigate the ambulance as well as how to properly use the equipment in it. |

I have so much admiration for you, what a fantastic job, you know it won't be easy at times but even so to be helping people and saving lives it takes a special kind of person

Having known several firefighters and paramedics growing up, I have huge admiration for this profession. These people put their lives on the line every day for others, and like Karen says, they do this despite the fact that the job isn't always easy and you see some very horrible things. Yet, I was told several times that the good far outweighs the bad and saving just one person makes it worthwhile. So, hats off to you, Keaton.
You can say, without a doubt, that what you're doing with your life makes a difference in the world.
