What can I say about this song? It gave me the chills, made me cry, made me think about the people I have loved in my life that I've lost. Hands down my favorite. I adore every member of Coldplay, but every once in awhile, it just doesn't get better than Chris singing and a piano. This song pulled emotions out of me I haven't felt since X and Y. It's perfect.

I never thought another of their songs would make me think of Fix You, but this one did, but a much more emotional level. I don't want to say it's raw exactly, but it made me feel like a small, vulnerable little girl again. So touching and beautiful. And you're exactly right. Wow. Just wow.

How is Gwyneth hearing this song....that is what is on my mind atm... Mine as well. The difference is she's heard it for over a yr now. Also, listening to Chris on Zane when describing the episode with Apple coming in the studio and asking, dad what is that? Chris refers to it as Ode. I don't know if anyone else can confirm that. I've replayed that part several times.

wowza, what a song that is. If you're not touched by that, you may want to check your pulse. I kinda hope they never play that live, but i'm not sure why?! Another great album closer

I do hope the will play it live. But I totally get why they don't do a stadium tour for this album. Even hubby get it after hearing it (not that he likes Coldplay )

I love O. I hope this is going to replace Fix You at concerts which is long overdue.

I have to be honest, Fix You doesn't get to me, it never has. O, however, is a killer. It has this desolate feeling, like how you really feel when something you love is gone, like, really gone. I think it's one of the most beautiful songs they've ever done.

I agree, Fix You has never gotten to me either. Actually, I've never cried during Fix You or The Scientist, but this song....this one gets to me.
