I have serious eyewear issues lately. Firstly I lose my 'lovely' new glasses, that allow me to see stuff I was previously unaware existed! (people have individual hairs on their heads! Amazing haha) Then I get (completely unrelated) my eyes fitted for contacts, and they are great by the way (fortunately!). I have had to re-order my prescription 'lovely' glasses(not cheap!). NOW I have broken my spare pair of reading glasses!!  what is wrong with me!! LOL. I hope I get my new glasses soon. But thank god for contact lenses! |

There was just a MASSIVE lightning strike and thunder. It was very close!  |

Row, your being able to see the hairs on people's heads made me laugh--it reminds me of when I first started wearing glasses at nine. I used to skate at this ice rink every weekend, and there was this very tall, cute guy skating as well. I always saw stuff as a big blur before I got glasses, and then when I started wearing them I got to the rink and saw that guy and thought "He's not cute at all! He's actually kind of ugly!"

I think I deserve a medal for this but here goes My darling youngest daughter got an american friend to get me the target version of GS for me I knew I would have to wait for it as nothing will hurry my girl unless its a bacon sandwich! I took the decision to try not to listen or watch anything GS related, except the TV special, too much so it will still be special Anywho its arriving tomorrow with the aforementioned daughter and I'm a little excited... I won't have much time tomorrow to give it justice but on my Monday off it will be my official 'Listen to Ghost Stories and do nothing else Day'   PS if anyone wants to reward me with anything else I wouldn't be rude and and say no   |

At work we used to have a jazz radio station. It disappaered with some changes. Now they are playing more common music during lunch and they played Talk during todays lunch!

Interesting. I think I want to come and work for your company Prissie. You seem to have a lot of cool things happen there. Of course moving to Holland might be hard..the small matter of learning all 15 verses of your national anthem MIGHT cause me issues! LOL..
