I downloaded tapatalk today but I can't log in on both this forum and coldplaying. Tapatalk support told me to ask if anyone else on here has this problem, so am I the only one and does tapatalk hate me? (or coldplay forums :p)

I sometimes have issues logging in too.. It can be a bit of a nightmare. But usually once you are logged in, it works ok.
Did they tell you to uninstall it and reinstall? If not I would definitely try that. Sometimes these apps don't download properly. I hope you can get it working Hannah.

When you have issues, what exactly happens? here it says I entered a wrong username or password

Yep that's exactly the problem. Glad it's not just me. I'm logged in. But it says I'm unconfirmed. Every time I try to confirm it. It gives me error messages and says I'm not who I say I am. So I've just left it unconfirmed and as you can see it works despite that.
There must be bugs in the code somewhere.
I have an iPhone. In case that makes a difference. But I also log in from my nexus tablet.

your tapatalk ID is unconfirmed? iPhone here too. I uninstalled and coldplaying decided to work now. As I opened it it suggested to log me in as me, with my avatar and all. No idea how it managed to figure out my avatar  on this forum it's still the same problem. I can try as much as I want but it still says "invalid username or password" |

I'm sorry Hannah.. Not sure what to do about it. I think it must be Tapatalk. Yes I am unconfirmed, but it seems to work ok, so I am not touching it.
Really annoying as it works well when it does work.

So after having Tapralk for months I suddenly find myself logged out of the forum and told to contact the admin due to an internal error. This probably means I won't be on here much any more. So Thanks for being there! |

Oh no! I would recommend re-installing Tracie. I get that message sometimes, but it often goes away if I go out and in again.
I hope you can fix it, because we would miss you. But of course being here isn't mandatory.
