Salad for breakfast!! LOL..
That sounds nice Carina.
I usually have toast with marmite or honey, tea of course. That's it.
However I have a day off and I am sitting here drinking loads of tea and stuffing my face with Chocolate biscuits right now.

Your breakfasts are awesome! I have pretty much the same every day: yogurt smoothie, medium boiled egg, bread, cheese, tea. LOL I like to start every day with a little adventure. |

Wow I really wanted some gravy with my breakfast this morning but I didn't have any meat fat or soup broth or anything like that in my kitchen, and I managed to MacGyver up some gravy with just some flour, water, butter, and spices. Yeah! I am invincible!

Gravy for breakfast!   I know you guys eat that stuff all the time.. but we only put it on roasts here.. LOL.. it just sounds so weird to think of eating it at breakfast. |

Yeah...biscuits and gravy is common here for breakfast. We Americans gravy it up all the time! French fries and gravy is good too. Although that's supposed to a Canadian food. Well we're close enough to Canada.

Roast gravy and breakfast gravy are two different gravies! And we eat both. Other than French fries, I know the most about and gravy. Ha!
