I know!! I've had boiled, wedges, fries etcetera just not mashed. Don't know how it happened, was a bit shocked myself when I realized. To make up for it a little I'm having it again today.

I've just found the coolest website: greatist.com/eat/dessert-recipes-for-oneIt's a whole bunch of tiny, miniature dessert recipes. I love to bake things, but making a WHOLE cake or a WHOLE batch of cookies or whatever is too much. AND, they are supposed to be on the healthier side too, ie substituting applesauce for oil and so forth. I can't wait to try these!!!! |

I burned my dinner trying to catch up on today's Coldplay news and posts while cooking.
It was spaghetti with cut-up hot dogs (Big Bang Theory style, Sheldon Cooper FTW).
