It is fun! And the ball doesn't hurt too bad when it hits you. Strange how you hear a lot about tennis but not so much about badminton (at least here).

A couple days ago, I started a Nutrisystem jump start plan. It's just a week long, and I'm doing OK so far. Gotta keep it up afterwards! I need to make changes badly!!

My new February resolutions are:
To stop obsessing over the news and letting it depress me
Less news and more music!
To double up my recycling efforts to help fight climate change. I've been lazy about recycling and I'm going to use the current situation to motivate me to become better at it.
