I think Magic is a perfect Coldplay song title. One word titles work well....... Shiver, Amsterdam Yellow, Politk, Moses etc. If this all true..... Which I hope it is

I really, really love that they have albums with different sounds and different feels to them. If they had released albums that were all similar, they'd be criticized for sounding the same. When they branch out, they are criticized for not 'sounding like Coldplay.' I think it's something they had to do. Personally, I would love for this to be more a return to the AROB feeling, but I absolutely applaud them for doing what they've done. Nothing they've ever done has turned me off, I think I can honestly say that. I am so excited for this next single and video and lp!!! (I'm guessing the feeling is mutual.  ) |

I dropped my coke at work this afternoon when I read the news. It's SO EXCITING!
So out of nowhere, and so random.. I can't wait to hear/see what it's like.
Just the thought that something's on its way is already amazing.. the song could
take on several different styles. It could be anything, really. Can't. F'in. Wait.

I agree that if all their albums had sounded just like Parachutes they'd already be has-beens in the music industry. We're still talking about them because they try different things, different sounds. Some people would argue that they are trying too hard but I don't think so. I think they only do what they want and what their hearts tell them to do.

I really hope this is true. I'm liking the name. And I do hope its a mix of some kind of mystery and old Coldplay. Sort sounds like it. I don't know, I just want it. Hopefully sooner then May.

I love the sneakiness! (Plus, let's not forget that they invited a magician to the Under 1 Roof concert in December...) And I agree completely about August and September being heavily tweeted. Maybe the album release dates. This talk is getting me so excited.
