^ Maybe. But don't you think we'll hear more before the iTunes Festival? I hope so. But since they seem to like dropping surprises on us this time out, I'm sure there will be at least one more song at the show even if we don't get anything before then. CONFIRMED: COLDPLAY's new single will be released Monday! Posted Thursday, February 27th 2014 @ 5pm
I just heard from Atlantic Records that COLDPLAY is releasing the first single from their sixth album Monday morning at 3am (pst), 6am (est). From what I am hearing from other sources, the song is called Magic. I also heard that Chris Martin with the rest of the guys are here in Los Angeles finishing up the music video. It's being directed by Swedish director Jonas Akerlund (Madonna “Ray of Light”) and actor Peter Fonda is part of the shoot too. Their follow-up to 'Mylo Xyloto' is due out this Spring ALT 98.7 will play it every hour as soon as when get our hands on it Monday. Be sure the tune in!!! link
