This will give you guys a heart attack, like it did me. It's one of their fabulous but sadly very underrated tracks. (along with songs like White Shadows, Cemetries Of London or One I Love). I really adore this one and I wish they would actually play it at gigs. Sometimes they just don't know how good they are! |

I watched Catching Fire last night--hadn't seen it before--it was a little boring through parts but I stuck with it. Why? To hear Atlas, of course!

Don't know what to think about all these 2015 concert rumours; Pinkpop and now 3 big outdoors concerts in the USA in May.
I think I'll stay cool for now.

The 3 outdoor US concerts was a mistake people got very excited about. It blew over quickly. We're all hungry for concert news, aren't we.  Pinkpop one is that they really want Coldplay there and are doing everything to get them. I think it started with this: For now, I still stay cool. |

What if the new song for next year is a duet with Noel Gallagher? Chris said it might be a duet. Remember the Brit Awards back in 2012? Noel showed Chris this cool effects pedal and they said they would each be up for a collaboration. It would totally fit with reports of a more traditional album. Noel makes more straightforward rock and it makes perfect sense! Happy Friday.  |

Hubby and I were watching Chopped (American cooking show, for those who don't know it) and there was a female chef who cooked for Chris and Gwyneth. My husband told me this (I was out of the room) and then said they put a photo of Chris up. Hubby goes, "And Chris really is handsome, isn't he?"
Me: "He's really nice too."
