 I guess trash talking Coldplay is still a fad. Oh well, people can say all they want, because the boys will still put out amazing material that keeps their fans entertained, and that's all that matters.

I'd be slightly more convinced if it wasn't The Sun. It's not known for it's indepth analyitical features. But even so, it is a daily paper here (I don't read it.. I really don't need boobs looking at me with my 'News'). But I would take that article - not that you can even READ it unless you 'join' the Sun.. which I won't - with a pinch of salt.

I'm curious if he said anything bad or if it was just a ploy to get people to sign up. From everything I can remember, they did become quite good friends. Noel has asked him to play onstage with him, they've gone out for drinks, etc. Weird.

Like Row said, I'd take it with a pinch of salt. Remember when he made a joke about them having seeds in their dressing room? The papers made that sound like some hideous insult. So chances are this wasn't anything serious.

Finally got to see Chris on Sonic Highways, he's only on for about five seconds, but--what else--he's hilarious, makes Dave laugh. Really great series, Dave deserves an Emmy next year.

I have a few questions: does any of you have/own the cd "mince spies" by COLDPLAY? Is this not an official album as it is not on Coldplay.com - is that correct?
I also notice, there are a lot more albums (like 'songs for the one I love") by Coldplay - but all unofficial.
How come albums like these are 'out there' - since they are not official?
And, why is an unofficial album like 'mince spies' so popular by some fans?
Maybe someone told the answers before, but for me it is not clear. If anyone can explain to me? Thanks!

Mince Spies is an official album, but I thought it have never been for sale. I am not sure, but Carina or Raphaele had it I thought?
About the unofficials, I have no idea. I guess they are allowed to use the footage, but it is not from Coldplay themself?

I have 'Mince Spies' and it's not considered an official release. I think that CP consider a recording 'official' if it's listed on their website. It was actually made for members of the fan club when there was a fan club. CP.com used to have forums and such as well, but people behaved so badly and it became so negative that they shut it down. I think that is pathetic, but who am I? Anyway, I'm guessing they are popular because they aren't readily available.
