It is freezing on the east coast at the moment! We went from extremely warm on Christmas to extremely frigid. And now....they are talking of a big snowstorm headed across the country, and I've heard everything from 5" to 30" of snow! I hope it's on the 5" side!!! (Regardless, I pulled the ole 'head to the grocery store' thing just in case...  ) Always a good excuse to stock up on yummy snacks.... |

COLD. -5 last night. My path froze over and I nearly broke my neck going to work. Fortunately I didn't LOL!

We are expecting a pretty big storm to hit tomorrow into Sunday early. Anywhere from 18-24 inches of snow. Are you kidding me????

Well, what a winter wonderland we have going on outside right now. I think we have around 10-12 inches of snow at the moment, and we're expecting another 8-12 through tomorrow. The wind is picking up and making some interesting drifts at the moment, but the good news is that it's pretty light and easier to move around. The snow blower I pushed the hub to get a couple of years ago is worth its weight in gold!

The snow has come to an end, and we ended up with around 15-17 inches I think, which is a lot but way better than the 24 inches they were saying in the beginning. It's windy now and blowing snow around all over the place. We tried to sleigh ride on it or even build a snowman, but it's too soft. You can't even form a snowball. But that made it easier to shovel, so I can't complain. It's still very cold so whatever melts during the day refreezes at night, but I'm outta here tomorrow no matter what, haha!

We've been pretty mild today. Chilly wind, but its been in the double figures this week so far. I think we are about 10 at the moment, but that usually means the rain will be back.

It's been so dark and cloudy this week. Today it's been a snow/rain storm all day but it just calmed, even a bit of sun a few minutes before it set.  |

We had rain for two days solid, then today the sun came out, but I had to scrape my car.. it was a bit chilly!
