FAQs
Is there an age restriction to attend?To attend this event you need to be aged 16 or over. You may be required to provide photographic ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. What time will the event take place?Doors will open at 6.30pm with the show starting at 7.45pm. The approximate finish time is 8.45pm. How secure is the system?All tickets are printed with a unique barcode and a reference number that relates to the details of the person who booked the tickets. The barcode is scanned at the entrance to the event and tickets with invalid barcodes will be rejected. Tickets are fully traceable and we can cancel them at any time by invalidating the barcode. Please don’t risk buying tickets or obtaining them through unofficial channels. Where can I watch and listen to coverage of the event?You will be able to listen live from 7.45pm on BBC Radio 1. You will also be able to watch the show the following day on BBC iPlayer. I'm from outside of the UK - why can't I watch the live stream or performances after the event?The nature of our rights agreements with artists and record labels mean that we only have permission to broadcast their music performances within the UK. However, content that does not contain full music performances (such as interviews or highlights packages) will be available outside of the UK on a permanent basis. What disabled customer facilities are available at the venue?For information regarding accessible seating please check back here for an update in the coming days. What about valuables?All persons attending the concert are responsible for their own valuables. The BBC will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue. How do I get to St John’s Hackney Church?Address: St John at Hackney Church, Lower Clapton Road, London, E5 0PD The closest station to the venue is Hackney Central which is on the London Overground Line (approx 5 mins walk). Yes yes.. It's a VERY small venue though. I have been there for the Little Noises in 2012, and it must hold about 500 people. So tickets are going to be like gold dust. So anyone who wants to help us try for them would be EXTREMELY welcome.

I see a lot of Dutch people who want to go, but actually can't afford it. They are trying to find the cheapest way to get to London.
I would love to go and could afford it, but now I am my own boss, my future isn't real sure. I save my money for the real tour, for at least two gigs, so I can meet up with all of you again.
I loved those days in 2014!

My situation is almost the same Pris. I would LOVE to go and I can afford it, but I need to be at a meeting on december 3th (by new boss). And I really want to visit 1 or 2 tour-concerts. How nice it would be to meet-up in London again with a bunch of Coldplayers.... Allthough it is almost a releave there is no need for myself to get into the crazy ticket buzz, I also know how hard it will be for others to get tickets. So, I will try to be on the internet monday morning and I will try to help fellow CPers.
