Day 30: can I use two days of chaotic perfection as my memory? It would be meeting Leann, meeting the band and seeing the concerts two wonderful, nutty days in a row. I do keep flashing back to being on the friends and family lounge, waiting for the band to come in. And when they did, Chris bounding in, saying "Hey guys, sorry we're late!" Also giving Jonny the two-hand handshake, Guy's sparkly jacket, and Will recognizing Leann and me from the first night. I will never forget it!

It's hard to narrow it down honestly. As for the band, seeing them live for the first time was electric. Traveling overseas, just a few days before Christmas, to go to a 50-minute concert and sitting outside in the freezing cold for 14 hours before we could go in to get front row - right in front of the man himself. Meeting Jonny and Phil outside of the Bakery on another visit another time. Meeting up with great people, like our wonderful Sue and Leann. But as far as any show highlight, it's most def Leann and I going backstage to meet the band and having Chris actually speak to me, a gift of which I'll never be able to repay. I still can't wrap my head around it honestly.
I think this is supposed to be good memories, but I've also missed meeting Chris by something like 10 minutes on two occasions and 20 minutes on another occasion. And I flew overseas another time during the only week they were out of town (this is why Row is not allowed to use the words "half term" with me. For those of us that didn't know what that was, it's evidently the end of a semester or term in school when the kids are out, and therefore, people go out of town apparently.) Scores of people were having their pictures with them the week before and scores the week after, but the one week I was there..... Not exactly good memories, but these near misses and unfortunate luck are definitely memories that have left a mark in my head.
As for what loving this band has brought into my life, the most precious thing was meeting Row finally face to face in Chicago and going to the show together. Not only was it our first face to face, but we got to have beautiful weather, love the city, have complete giggle fits - and the best, see the band we both loved together and find out how much we were destined to meet. This also made it possible to have this place and find all of the wonderful friendships and people that are here on this forum, a true gift. This band has created so many wonderful memories for me that have lasted and will last a lifetime.
Thank you, Prissie, for posting this game. It was a lot of fun and very thought provoking!

Day 30: Yes Cathy you can use two days of chaotic perfection, because I want to use two months of chaotic perfection LOL. The whole of July and August starting from when I won the contests all the way up to the end of the concerts in LA, (except for those couple of days Sharon, when you and I were crying because we thought we had lost!), it was all like one long strange dream. Being able to meet the band three times (how does that happen?), and Cathy, and Row, and Sharon, and go to three concerts close up, and travel on those amazing adventures, and visit two coasts of the US in the space of one month, was just indescribable. Especially when I started out the summer thinking I was not going to get to make it to any concerts at all! It *TRULY* was the Adventure Of A Lifetime, thanks to Coldplay, and all my Coldplay buddies, and Felix, and Caleb LOL. Thanks Cathy for bravely coming to meet up with a sort of a "stranger" even though your friends were scared for you LOL, thanks Sharon for keeping me calm while going backstage for the first time (remember when I saying "Oh My God" and you were telling me to calm down LOL), and thanks Row for flying all the way across the ocean to visit us here in the USA. *HUGS* to everyone and I love you guys!!!

Oh wow, I don't remember being able to tell you to calm down since my stomach was churning and I was muttering "oh my God" myself, but if I could manage to pull that off, you're welcome. LOL!
I'm so, so very glad to have you guys.
