There have been some articles recently about Chris and GP selling their London house. Who knows if it's rumor or not, but below is one article. link

Apart from the ridiculous comments about their neighbours being the reason it makes sense to sell this HUGE house while they're based in US. Im sure that Chris has plenty of mates with a spare couch on his trips back home lol ;-)

I know, but it's sad :( it is just around the corner from the Bakery. He can't go round in the middle of the night any more. Sigh..
I guess he will find a way if he really wants to though.

And also a bit weird, because Gwyneth is still saying they will be back when the kids go to the next school. That would be in about two years....

It's just rumour and hearsay. It's not necessarily true.

The rumours about selling the place are comming back every time since a week. Looks like there is some sort of truth in it?

Well is there the sign up outside of the house they own? Because if there was a sign up that would be the way to tell. And if not then it's not true. And if it is, well ring the number and get shown round...

Well, yes that would be one way. But in my experience, and I work in Estate Agency, not everyone has a board up. It is up to the individual seller. I would imagine Chris and Gwyneth would not want the added drama a board would add. Add to that the considerable value of their home. They aren't going to be putting it on with just any old Estate Agency. Finally, when viewing a house these days you need to prove you have the cash to spend, before any appointments are made, or alternatively are able to get a mortgage to cover it. IE get a mortgage approved in principle (HOW much would one have to earn before one could afford their house I wonder ? ). So, sorry, but I really don't imagine it's that easy. However by all means try! LOL. If you get a viewing, we're ALL coming with you!
