I think, in all seriousness, from what I've heard on the news, it was some kind of a basic test to screen for Alzheimer's or brain damage. Now, did he KNOW he was being given that kind of a test? Not sure.  |

Yes, from what I've read, it's a test he requested. It's also available on the internet, but he probably did have to study to pass it. LOL

It's weird. Why can teenagers get a weapon at the age of 16 but are not allowed to drink alcohol until they are 21 years old? How can one be grown up enough to be a responsible gun owner but not be old enough to drink alcohol responsibly? It makes no sense and should be the other way around, actually.
