supposedly the finale is coming monday/tueday and coldplay will perform. no work on when exactly.

Yay on two counts!!!
First, CP performed ASFOS as the finale and were great. Chris stood in front and sang, but there was a screen of him in the background playing piano. Guy played bass but on the screen behind him, he was playing keyboards. Jonny was playing guitar, and on the screen behind him, he was playing an acoustic guitar. Anyway, they were the big finale, well, other than announcing the winner, which was strangely squeezed in at the very end of the show. As I said before, I will get it up here tomorrow as quickly as I can unless someone else beats me to it.
A quick side note to the winner on 'The Voice'. I don't watch the show religiously, but I knew through our local stations that one of the three finalists was actually from a town 30 minutes from my house - a town that hosts the hub's alma mater university and where my youngest son currently attends college. And he won, which is pretty cool. Our local tv stations went nuts and were onsite at their house after the show. Kind of neat.
Anyway....

I stayed up waaaaay past my bedtime to watch this.... But it was worth it. They were spot on, Chris looked gorgeous, and the set was cool as hell. The whole "videos of them behind their actual selves" thing was awesome. And Chris of course had to do his awkward " pinwheel arms" dance ( which I always love!)  It was fun. |

It was awesome! The best performance of the night by far. I'm not the one to swear but f.... the critics, this is a beautiful song especially when performed live.
PS. Since everybody has access to the clip, We'll wait for Sharon to upload to media thread when she gets a chance.
