I thought you might all like to watch this.
I saw it a couple of years ago, it was on the BBC here I believe. But it is shocking. I pinched the link from Coldplaying.

I've never seen that documentary before, it was very interesting.
Why on earth didn't they pass that law to regulate the secondary ticket market? It could've made such a difference.
They resell them at such high prices… it's crazy. I would never think of using one of those sites even if it was honestly. I hope they go out of business, and quickly.

WOW.... thanks for the documentary Row! It explains a lot, like why RAH tickets are now for sale for € 7000,- And at the night of the gig, non of the seats will be empty

This whole ticket thing is infuriating, and as much as we all hate it, they know they have us over an emotional barrel sometimes because they know we will sometimes buy those tickets we so desperately want. You don't want to, but (even though I've not ever bought the outrageously priced tickets) I've fallen prey to it to a certain extent out of desperation. I think the rules over there seemed SO strict because it really limits someone buying a ticket for someone else as a surprise or what have you, but I also see the benefit. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
