I lost some 4 kg in the last months and I am almost back to normal. And I am happy with that. A few days ago my (4 months old) weigthing scale broke down. Not like this haha but more like the weight varried beyween 29 and 118 kg each time we used the thing. I decided that I want another one!

Still holding on to my 'diet'!! Since augustus 2014. And it is not even a diet for me anymore. I think I can say by now I have really changed my eating habbits. 6 kilo's are gone and, more important, I feel so much more fit! I walk (since the past 4 weeks) about 1 hour every (yes every) day and I can wear clothes again I did not wear in a long time. So I am doing good :-) Only a few to go now.

Good for you! It's so hard to be on a "diet," I commend you. I've been trying to work out more, at least 15 minutes each day, just to get acclimated to doing it again (I've had a very long layoff from exercise), so once it's a habit again, I'll start on the food. I have so much stress right now it's hard to eat the stuff you're supposed to eat!

You are the diet champion Anita, well done for sticking at it, me....well as I said a while ago I am back at my comfortable weight, I could do with toning up so have joined a core stability class, and now the days are getting lighter Im intending to do more walking which I really enjoy

In a few weeks I will start with a 'diet' too. I gained 10 kilogram during the pregnacy. I don't know how much I list already, but I want to loose a bit more.
Will start as soon as I am a bit stronger.

How are you doing Priss? Did you start your program yet?
I need to be honest: I am not following a diet; I just changed my eating habbits a lot. And for ever. I know diets (who take effort) will not last long for me. So I looked for something with less effort, something I could hold on to without the "only xxx kilo's and then I am done with my diet".
For me it roughly means: moving (!!) I have my daily stepcounter, no chocolat (I can say I lost that daily addiction although I know I still would like it), no milk (I do use some milk products), no soda with sugar/sweetener, less bread (only in weekends when I bake it myself), no chips, more fruit, more vegetables. And I still eat some biscuits/cookies each day.
I am under my 'normal' weight, and I intend to go on just like I did in the past 10 months. I am slooooowly losing weight and I feel better each month. And I have NO difficulty what so ever with my meals and/or little snacks.
Ofcourse I am proud, but I hope more that my way is an inspiration for some of you who want to loose some weight too.
My aim was for the long run instead of losing fat-fast, and I truly believe for me this works fine!
