My motivation is so I can look less curvy and not look as feminine more.

That's a tough motivation, Florian. I get why, but it will be hard to get rid of the feminim curves.
Like said before.... With the help and motivation from all of us, it has to work!

Yeah I know I can't get rid of my curves entirely but I want them to get down to a size that doesn't look odd on me yknow?

Doing sports might be a good thing then At least jogging helped me to become more content with myself (it was like I was working hard to change my situation and even if the results were very tiny at the beginning, nobody could have said that I didn't try) and it was some kind of motivation to go on for me. Maybe that helps

Sports or the gym will help anyone. But yes more muscle will equal less curves. Good luck with it.
I've been eating like a horse, not doing any exercise all week. So it's back to the gym on monday I guess.
Good luck everyone!

Yes I think exercise is really motivating because it helps to release so many endorphins. Endorphins are good!

I've GOT to get myself together. My midsection is my problem area. I love walking and was doing a good amount of it until I started suffering a heel issue, so I've had to curtail it lately. So painful. BUT I will get that together and stop eating so many snacks and try to do some sort of exercise. My son is getting married next year, and I want to look decent for it.

By the way, to keep this Coldplay-related, ASFOS is great to walk to!

By the way, to keep this Coldplay-related, ASFOS is great to walk to! Yes it is!!!! So is ETIAW ETA and even though not CP, Helena Beat is one of my favorite walking songs too. It seems from reading other posts that there's a fair amount here that also like FTP? Music is a great motivator for me for walking.

It might prove difficult as everyone is in different time zones LOL, but I do like the idea. Maybe we can all have our OWN exercise hour every day and then report back that we did something, even if it was walking to the mailbox and back?

Maybe we could all come back and contribute what music or what songs we found that day that were best to exercise to, whether CP or not? Since we're all music lovers in general obviously. We could compile a big list of songs, and then when we see it getting bigger we'll know we're all exercising together, even though at different times.

I've decided that my shiny new coffeemaker is going to inspire me to make my kitchen nicer, which is going to inspire me to eat healthier.

My motivation will be not to look like an overstuffed sausage the next time I put on my tight jeans!! Went away for the weekend, time to change for the evening, put on aforementioned jeans but somehow as I pulled up the zip all my body fat squeezed over the top Someone's been feeding me in my sleep obviously On a serious note just let's update each other on how we're doing and to have a moan and feel sorry for ourselves
