I think someone has been sneaking in and shrinking my clothes on purpose.
I have hung a picture of me in my bathing suit on the refrigerator as a warning! ha

I walked around the parking lot before going into work. My trick is, I get to work 30 minutes early every day, and then I'm stuck there and there's nothing to do but walk!
Also had a healthy dinner for once, some fresh cooked squash and multi-grain pasta. It was really good!

I am having a heel problem for the last several weeks, and as a result, I had to stop walking until I can get it working properly again (I had to adjust at the beach), but I have started a book called "6 Minute Morning" and doing the exercises in it. A lot are made especially for the core/belly area which I need to work desperately.
