I am quite mad about crisps (and cookies of course) and now I am thinking that it might be good to make crisps on my own rather than buying some. They might not be that unhealthy then. It's still hard to stay away from crisps when a nice movie is on...

My downfalls: Fries (chips for some), Chips (crisps for some) and cheese. I made kale chips one time, and they are so not the same, but they did satisfy some sort of 'crunch' need for me. I can live without sweet things much easier than the salty ones.

oh...this is not gonna help hahaha. Untill now, the thread doesn't make me change my bad habbits, but it do make me laugh a lot. That counts for now I guess. OK, I admit it helps a bit. I am much more aware of what I put in my mouth. And how much. And I feel slightly the need to do something about that. Laughing is great cardio!

I thought the same thing, but a friend convinced me to try, and they weren't horrible. You use kale, obviously, brush them with oil and bake them, so they are crunchy. Definitely not the same, but the crunch was something I needed. I have such a hard time giving up the chips/crisps (and cheese and fries...)

You also need to salt and pepper kale chips, and you can only eat them when they are warm, you cant save them or store them. They turn so gross!
And I do not know what this word gym is...I have a room in my house that is covered with Coldplay pictures and other items, and, oh yeah, I do a workout in it occasionally!

I have a room covered with Coldplay stuff, but funnily enough, nobody ever works out in it....unless, of course, you are counting heavy breathing, pounding your fist on the desk in either excitement or exasperation, bouncing to music in your chair, stomping your foot on the ground or wiping drool off of your chin as a workout. In that case, it's worked out in A LOT.
I did the 6-Minute workout again this morning. Pass the lady a 'salted' (most definitely) kale chip.
