It's basically a "flat stomach" book that will help with my midsection until I can get this *@ heel of mine back in working order.

Ow, a heel injury is very painful, I strained my achilles tendon awhile back it and took forever to heal. Can you do any arm exercises with weights that don't require leg movements?

Yes we have some weights downstairs that I have been trying to use since I got back from the beach. My youngest son is studying for the MCAT (medical school entry test) and has marked it off limits while he takes practice tests all week. I'll get there! haha

I almost lost 2 kilos in the meantime. Whenever I am trying to lose weight, it starts out slow but then it's nearly unstoppable I drank a lot of water and only ate something when I was really hungry. 700 grams less and I'll be happy

Great job!
I want to go walking again, like I did before my FIL got ill, but the exhaustion keeps me from it.

Wow well done Dustin. Does quick conversion to pounds lol. 4.6lbs. England is weird, we weigh food in kilos and people in pounds and stones.

I have quite an energetic job, on my feet all night but it doesn't firm up certain areas so I've bought a pilates dvd and I'm going to give it a go Its my mid section thats my problem as well, so I'm cutting down portion sizes too, its got to work right

It feels like things are heading in the right direction, my normal jeans feel good again, I'm giving it another week before I try the 'tight' jeans tho

I'm happy to say my kitchen is coming along nicely. I'm cleaning it top to bottom and replacing everything that's old or broken. This is going to inspire me to cook in my kitchen and eat better and not have cereal for dinner LOL.

As I'm going through my beach pictures, I am now sewing my mouth shut. It's a good thing I don't need my mouth to be on this board, but it's going to get very quiet in my house!

This morning used my rice cooker to cook....rice! Made some healthy rice and broccoli for lunch and it turned out nicely.
