I have watched recently:
Guardians of The Galaxy 2 Get Out Hell or High Water The Accountant
HBO ran The Accountant on Saturday. The Netflix DVD waiting in my mailbox was.....The Accountant. Now I need to get a new DVD.

I saw War for the Planet of the Apes last night, and the little girl in there reminded me so much of Apple at times. It was a good movie.
Saw Spiderman a week or so ago, and it was good too.

I watched a great movie today -- Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close. I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it before.

Saw the new Star Wars on Christmas Eve. Enjoyed it, one of the storylines I could have done without.

Ahhh, good ole Star Wars. I'm a big fan from the original days, and I think that it's just gotten so huge and has so many rabid fans with so many thoughts and critiques that there's no way to please everybody at this point. I guess that's the cross to bear for a lot of these big franchises. I find that if I don't judge it too harshly or break it down too much, it's much more enjoyable. It's better than episodes 1-3 in my opinion.
Did anyone see Justice League? I did, but was just looking for opinions on that.

Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody last night and I really enjoyed it. I'm not a massive Queen fan, I liked their songs and they are a part of my growing up and it did give me some nostalgic moments. The final scenes of Live Aid at Wembley gave me chills and also got me very excited to see a certain movie in a couple of weeks time, so up and close....gah !!! I'll be a mess !!!!

My hub IS the massive Queen fan, so I will be seeing it when it opens here very soon. We saw another commercial last night for it, and I said, "I can't wait for the Coldplay film," and the hub laughed because 1) I ignored the fact that it was Queen, and 2) All concerts remind me of the same thing as well Karen. !!!!!

We have an assignment Lebanese filmmaker Nadine Labaki's most recent film Capharnaüm is still going strong, and international celebrities are ensuring the momentum is maintained. It started when Oprah Winfrey praised the film and its team prior to the 91st Academy Awards - Capharnaüm was nominated for an Oscar, but didn't win. But, the film's message will live forever, it seems. British rock band Coldplay recently shared a few words with fans on Twitter with regards to the film. It seems as though the band's lead singer, Chris Martin, may have taken over the official Twitter account (first-person was used in the tweet). Anyway, Martin (or the band collectively, who knows!) revealed his favorite music lately ... and then randomly included a six-word line encouraging fans to watch Capharnaüm. "Also; maybe watch the film Capernaum," Coldplay tweeted. stepfeed.com/coldplay-casually-recommended-nadine-labaki-s-capharnauem-to-fans-3389
