We have decided that we would like to do this here. I know there are other places out there doing it, but we thought it would be nice to do it here as we are all such a nice bunch. In case anyone isn't clear what happens with a Secret Santa: Basically you are matched up with another member, and have their address sent to you, you then get that person a gift and post it to them. You don't TELL anyone who you have been matched up with, including of course your Matchee.. You can of course if you want to, add a personal message in with the gift, but until the gift is received it should be a secret. Hence the name  We would suggest a spend LIMIT of around £10 - £15 (UK) But of course it is entirely up to you. It is the thought that counts and nobody expects hugely expensive gifts, whatever you can do will be appreciated, however if your Santee is on the other side of the world, you need to be aware of the cost of postage. So, if you would like to join in please PM me (Comicforce) with your real name and address and we will match you up. I hope lots of you sign up, then we can have a really exciting Christmas.  |

I guess I'm in if my parents don't mind (and I don't think they do) but I'm a poor student and already taking part in coldplaying's secret santa too, so I'm not sure if I can "respect" the budget suggestion. Whatever YOU can afford Hannah.. and it can be home made! I just didn't want anyone to spend too much, that was the real issue. I'd add an amendment.
