Well I still don't have my PC. It isn't lost now. But I had to look for it myself! I called customer services and they put me through to their service centre.. Which I was told yesterday in the store was SHUT ALL WEEKEND! It clearly was not and that guy was just too lazy to do anything about it! THAT makes me VERY cross.
The guy I FINALLY spoke to after being on hold for about a month, said it was waiting to be sent back now. And it should be delivered to the store tomorrow.. or the day after.
I seriously cannot believe the F**k up this place has caused. I only took it there because it was still under guarantee. But believe me my next PC will not come from there. Right now I am using my son's old laptop that Andy has installed Windows 8.1 on. I can't get 10 because of something.. which I must admit I did't fully understand! But fingers crossed I can get my own back tomorrow!

SO.. I have no idea if anyone is reading this.. I am probably boring the pants off you now. (I know I am me LOL) But I got my PC back today.. andaaaaannnnd.. it doesn't work. I complained.. here: linkMine is the one titled Bad Customer Service and inadequate repair
They have now offered me £15 for my troubles. That is almost an insult. £15! We are going back on Saturday and will demand a new PC. (for my trouble!) grrrr.. In the meantime I struggle with this slow old PC that belonged to my son. But it's better than nothing and it will at least connect to the internet properly.. so I can see videos! Hurrah. Thanks for staying with me during this saga.. if you did! I will let you all know how we get on when we visit the lovely PC World again on Saturday.

Unbelievable!! Good you wrote that complaint. Their reply sounded sincere, if that's what resulted in £15 I don't know whether to laugh or cry It doesn't even cover the time you've spent with this crap. Yes of course I follow this, I miss you around here.

I am using the replacement laptop right now, I have installed Windows 10 and whilst its not the same, it is working, so until I get a proper replacement, it'll do.

Yes have been reading but haven't had a chance to post, RL has been interfering with my CP world LOL. Glad you've at least got a laptop going. Everytime my laptop or my internet crashes I have a fit until its restored.

It's gone off for MORE (SOME) repairs again. Andy took it in for me yesterday and had a rant. Saying we needed a replacement. But he then noticed that the security tab on the side of the PC hadn't been touched, so they have had it twice and done NOTHING to it! Grrrrr.. This time they have a week. If it is not back or repaired in that time they say we can have a replacement. I really don't need this right now, so I am leaving it to Andy to deal with.

So today is the day I have to first, compete to get in to register for my classes when school registration opens this morning, and then, compete to get into the presales to try to get tickets. Seems crazy that I have to work so hard to get things that I'm willing to spend so much money on LOL!!!!
