Me too. Can't imagine someone like Trump could be president of such a leading nation as the US. But at the same time, he gets a lot of votes. So apparently he has enough intresting content for people to vote...

Its a worry, he does seem to be sucking people in though, God knows why!!! the world seems to be slightly off axis at the moment, everybody is out for themselves, compassion has taken a back seat, I despair at the migrant crisis and find it hard to watch

It's truly a nightmare that he's gotten this far in the race. I don't know how it's happening. No one that I know is behind him. I don't know where all his votes are coming from.

I know quite a few people that support him. It's so annoying when I try to explain why Bernie Sanders is infinitely better than that big-mouth. Their only argument they have is "Republicans want to cut taxes." Really? They're brainwashed idiots who don't know the basics of morality, caring for the poor, civil rights, not being greedy, etc.
Luckily so many fights have broken out at Trump's rallies. Maybe people will begin seeing all the hate and disgust that he attracts to himself.

I really don't understand Trump's appeal. You think that getting rid of Muslims, immigrants and God only knows who else will solve your problems? Really? People need some sense. Personally I feel the Bern, not that's it's my decision to make lol.

Oh, how I could go on. We're making a huge mistake as a country, frankly. The Trump supporters say they are angry, but they are angry at the wrong things. We should be angry that the climate is changing and all we care about is money and deregulating everything. It's just so ugly. I think we need more love and understanding in the world, not less.

I need to have a rant about public transport! Where I live, it's quite rural. Most people own a car, but next week I'm going to a friend's house to practice for a thing we're doing in the school concert. That day my parents are going to be at work. So I have to get the bus. And there's no way of getting there without getting to the bus stop three hours before I'm meant to be at her house. That's how long it takes, because the bus only goes every two hours. Then when I get my stop, I have to wait an hour and a half for another bus to where she lives, which only takes five minutes so it would be quicker to walk... And then when I want to go back home again, I'm going to have to cut the rehearsal short so that I can get the last bus back (4pm) or prolong it until one of the parents gets out of work. And really in an area that is so spread out, and where there's no hope of walking outside your town/village/hamlet/stately home without embarking on a two-day trek to the next place over, you'd think they would have invested in better public transport. Meanwhile in London there's a bus every five minutes and a train every two. Rant over

Oh my...is it too far for a bike ride? It's not London here so I only have a bus every 5-8 minutes and a train every 4 Actually, today I was surprised to see on the board the next bus would arrive in 12! minutes, but that was one of the not so busy routes.

Let's not get into cycling... I wouldn't cycle on British roads unless I was really confident. It's dangerous and cycle lanes are rare sights indeed :( Plus I haven't ridden a bike for ages

Oh I see. I imagine it'd be a good place to cycle, maybe not to many hills. It's too bad, 3 hours one way... Good music/book! Guess we shall not talk about hitch-hiking?
