I ate a brownie for breakfast. So bad, but I'm not ashamed. I love sweets and pastries way too much, and I love to bake.

Grits are awesome! We have this stuff in Cincinnati called Geotta , it's sausage and oats mixed together. When I first moved here, I didn't want to try that or grits, but I tried both , and loved them!

I'm with you on everything apart from the sweet tea, before you all gasp, I prefer mine un-sweetened LOL.

I'm afraid to say this out loud, but I'm not a tea or a coffee drinker. I know, GASP! I think I'm the only one on the planet. I wish I could put down the soda!
Last night we made turkey sloppy joes and handmade fries.

No, not quite the only one. I know another one Tea for me, please, coffee once a year maybe. Today is semla day! Oh yum, bun filled with almond paste and whipped cream. Old, medieval, tradition. Until the 1960's it was only allowed to sell them on Shrove Tuesday, nowadays we have them from Boxing Day til Easter Oops big photo. Do you have some pastry or food that you only (well...) eat on one special day?

Ooh they look nice.
Shrove Tuesday is 'Pancake Day' here.. No actual clue why .. LOL Edit.. NOTHING like American pancakes... we have probably the same sort of receipe.. eggs, flour.. Fried, but these are thick French Crepes... eaten with sugar, lemon juice and sometimes jam.
