Ooh they look nice. Shrove Tuesday is 'Pancake Day' here.. No actual clue why .. LOL Edit.. NOTHING like American pancakes... we have probably the same sort of receipe.. eggs, flour.. Fried, but these are thick French Crepes... eaten with sugar, lemon juice and sometimes jam. That sounds like it might be what we here call "funnel cakes"? Thick fried cakes with sugar or fruit on top  |

Sort of Leann. Same recipe I imagine..  You DO need the lemon juice though, or it is FAR to sweet and sickly. I love them, but golly they are hard to not stick to the pan, and then you are supposed to FLIP them. LOL.. I don't.. LOL |

We make that kind of pancakes too! Never had them with lemon juice tho, must try that. Flip them is impossible! I turn them over with a spatula Funnel cakes looks nice! Lots of new things to try, I haven't even had American pancakes. |

Chris should start his own food brand... or maybe not lol. Speaking of breakfast, it's getting too warm and springy for porridge. Switched to summer breakfast today; yogurt smoothie. Was nice.
