I love to bake ( when I have time to!) and yesterday, I baked pumpkin cookies with vanilla frosting. I can't stop eating them.

Sounds amazing.. I am going to do those Christmas Lights cookies sometime.. But right now I am trying to get on a health kick before Christmas sets in and I am ruined for an entire month! LOL

I had a Thanksgiving dinner in LA once. Complete with pumpkin pie and it was awesome.. I think us non-USAers should have our own little thanksgiving here. Maybe we could 'decorate' the forum? Actually I like that idea... I might decorate the place for all celebrations.  |

We could have a potluck "dinner." We could all "bring" something. I will bring mashed potatoes, they are one of my favorite things to make. I made them last night but didn't have any gravy and really missed it!
