Last night I made spaghetti and olive oil and garlic and goodness, Jeremy raved over it like it was the fanciest meal ever made. It was yummy though.

Made Tofu for my vegetarian son. Cooked it with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Although I did"t eat it,it sure smelled good!

My youngest son likes tofu, but I can't bring myself to eat it! Tonight it's salmon, couscous and green beans.

I haven't cooked tofu myself but when I've had it, it tasted absolutely nothing (in miso soup mostly). Sesame oil should give flavour, sounds good. Salmon yum. Today's dinner was spaghetti with little pieces of hot dog cut up in it. Classy I'm having chocolate mousse for dessert. |

It was my father in law's birthday, and they, believe it or not, wanted us to pick up Long John Silver's on the way over to their house. So not like them, but we did it, and they loved it. The hub and myself got the baked cod with rice, and even though I like baked cod, it was hard watching them eat all that fried goodness!
