I have fine tuned my creamy poblano sauce, last week we had it on chicken and it was delicious. Tonight we are making shrimp tacos with it. I can't wait.

Nothing cooking at the moment, but the hub was great enough to go out at 9:30 last night and get me a fudge-stuffed cookie from Dairy Queen. I've been really good lately, so he was very good to go get me something very bad. But it was so good. 😁

Jeremy brought me a vanilla shake from McDonald's last week, I hadn't had a shake in like, decades. I was worried about drinking it because we had so much food at work that day, sometimes I overdo it on the sweets just to get through the day!

Tonight is gourmet hamburger night at my local health food store -- I'm trying to go there every Thursday to try all the different kinds -- they are amazing. I'm already excited for dinner!  |
