Been on BLT sandwich kick this weekend, even though my "sandwiches" are really sandwich stuff wrapped in a corn tortilla LOL. Still delicious!!!

As you recall from other threads, yesterday was Mother's Day here in the States, so we had two groups come through - one for lunch and one for dinner. The grill was our friend yesterday. The first group was my hub's mom and family, and they got grilled pork chops and asparagus and we also had stuffing and then angel food cake with strawberries. Then we cleared them out, washed dishes, cleaned up and cooked all over again for my mom and family with steaks, baked potatoes, green beans and raspberry tarts. The hub was great, great, but man, too tiring for MY day.  As for today, leftovers anyone?? |
