It's an ok movie overall (I'm not a big fan of kid movies), but the "Fix You" scene was visually gorgeous and the song was perfect. I *may* have shed a tear. :-)

I really thought they might. Chris Martin has said Coldplay will NOT be performing at Glastonbury 2020BY GlastoFestFeed NOVEMBER 11, 2019Following rumours of Coldplay returning to Worthy Farm for Glastonbury Festival‘s 50th anniversary in 2020 – Chris Martin has now confirmed the band “won’t be playing Glastonbury 50”, while speaking to Ryan “Fitzy” Fitzgerald from the Australian breakfast radio show on Nova 96.9 – Fitzy and Wippa. Asked about the band’s plans for Glastonbury’s 50th anniversary in 2020 Martin replied: “We won’t be playing at Glastonbury 50 – although, I’ll probably be there because I love going – It’s like our home from home… but we won’t be playing”. In regards to who he would like to see play Glastonbury 2020, the “Clocks” singer said: “I don’t know, the great thing about Glastonbury is it’s always a bit unpredictable […] and that is a great thing…” 2019 marked 20 years since Coldplay first performed at Glastonbury Festival – with the band making their Glastonbury debut in 1999 long before they’d established their Pyramid Stage residency, and having signed its record deal just a few months earlier. In 2016, they became the first-ever band to headline the Festival four times. Meanwhile, Mike Skinner and Carl Cox are the latest big-scale artist to self-confirm for Glastonbury 50th, following official announcement confirmations of both Wolf Alice and Diana Ross for the 2020 bill. Despite the fact that the full line-up for Glastonbury 2020 has yet to be released – all tickets for the Festival’s 50th anniversary have now sold out, with General Admission tickets selling out in 33 minutes, following Coach + Ticket Packages which sold out in just 27 minutes. There are still ways to go to Glastonbury next year, and in addition to being able to volunteer – there will also be a resale of any cancelled tickets in the spring, with coach + ticket packages going up for resale on April 16 – followed by a general admission tickets resale (which don’t include travel) on April 19. Glastonbury 2020 will take place at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset – from Wednesday 24th to Sunday 28th June. link

I feel like they've been there done that with Glastonbury now four times. They probably want to move on to new and exciting things.

They have a strong connection with the Eavis', and since it's their 50th and a big deal, I thought 'maybe,' but I get it too.

People just need to shut up because they ruin it for all of us sometimes.

I think for the next tour, Chris should continue to wear the white Nike's with the black swoosh. I read up that those shoes fade to pink on the sides and laces the more you wear them. And the Nike swoosh turns red. Would make for a nice change, show of growth from one album to the next. Ie: his acoustic guitar from the ghost stories tour having a ghost and O on it. Then he used it again on the AHFOD tour but with more colorful stickers. Just a thought..
