Guess what the first song I heard this bright new year was? Viva La Vida!

So after the rock concert (which was great) it was almost midnight so I walked down to the waterfront to see the fireworks (which were amazing).
On the way back I passed the public party, a cover band was just starting up again after the fireworks break. And they started with Viva!! Oh god I almost screamed. I just danced and sang along in the street. Alone, everyone else just watched sceptically :lol:

Wait, there's more! After Viva I heard more familiar notes... U2's Pride!!

Songs from my two favourite bands! Twenty past midnight 2016 was already complete. (No, I'm not drunk lol.)
