I like the instrumentals but I'm not sure about the lyrics. I wasn't too blown away but it's a very nice and dreamy song!

Like it. It's going to sound great when we get the recorded version.

It still has to grow on me. Honestly I hope AHFOD will have a different style though; for me the "Amazing Day"-style fits more into GS (like Always in my Head)

I like it, not love it yet. But I am quite sure I will love it eventually. Just like all the other songs. Maybe it's because I was expecting something up beat. All the pics and colours of the music video shooting in India, do make people think it will be a up beat, joyfull song. So, I didn't expect Amazing Day.
It do reminds me of AIMH, but also a bit of the Alan Parsons Project....

I like it but I can't understand why Chris was not playing the piano.

I agree.. I think he needs to get back to that live. It's lovely to see him jumping around, but really he needs to play.

They said earlier in the show that the piano was broken, so I guess they used tape? But yes, if the piano is not broken, he definitely needs to be playing at I think as well.

the fact that they couldn't play other songs where chris plays the piano shows that this song is intended to be played like this. otherwise they wouldn't have a backing track ready to replace a broken piano literally while they walk to the stage. also, since this is the live debut of a new song, it's not like they had years and years of practice of playing the song together to improvise and make it work.

True. Like Magic, there is piano, but he doesn't play it live. Sad. I miss it a bit.

In general, I would like it, if they relied on what they have on stage. They don't need backing tracks. And if they make any mistake, I will be the last one to complain about it I think Chris' acoustic appearances were awesome. Imagine what it would sound like if they all came together for an acoustic concert. Hmmm...... Lol yes I'm in the dreaming mode. I personally like Amazing Day. But I don't think it's a song that will grow on me so much that I will love it. So I don't know what to vote lol.
