It's an Indian Summer. It's been a fantastic week. Quite chilly in the mornings and evenings, there was even frost on my car last week! But the days are glorious, warm, sunny, no humidity, just perfect. Long may it last!

Had the strangest weather today. It was so cold and rainy in the morning, and it was gray and cloudy all day. It looked cold outside and I had the windows closed all day, and I thought it was cold. I got ready to go out, and I checked the weather first to see if I needed a coat, and it was 79 degrees LOL. So I had this weird experience of opening all the windows and all this heat pours in, when I had thought it was cold outside a second ago. It was like time traveling from Fall to Spring.  |

It was 90 yesterday and 80 today. Felt like going swimming.

You should have. It's been stormy here the last couple of days, another storm with a name came through.. We never used to 'name' our storms.. but now apparently we do. It blew over my elephants. (I have tin elephants in my garden of course) (small ones not life sized!) But other than that, it doesn't seem to have damaged anything here.
Today it is sunny again. Can't really believe it is October..

Same here although it IS getting quite chilly at night and early mornings. But the sun comes out every day. I am loving it and making the most of it.

It's been SO cold and windy, coming week it's supposed to be very warm again. Up and down, back and forth.

Cold now. We have suddenly gone into winter this week. Frosts most mornings now. But I don't mind that, I would always prefer that to rain any day.

Lordy, we are about to get dumped on with snow this coming weekend - maybe a foot of it. Noooooo, I've got Chrismtas shopping to do!
