Rasputin the Wasp. I hope it's fixed now. I saw some during the weekend, so they have arrived. Yesterday was beautiful, warm and sunny. Today we're back to cold and a couple of light rain showers. This spring is no spring  |

We have really hit the jackpot with weather lately. Today was Memorial Day here in the States, and it cooperated beautifully. That being said, I've jinxed myself now probably.

I can't believe how beautiful it is this morning. The rain has just stopped and the sun is coming out, but you can still hear the rain quietly dripping off of everything.

TODAY the sun is out!!! I so don't want to go to work, I want to stay home sit in the sun and not go to the hospital either. Sigh.

HAHA Rasputin the wasp! ROTFLOL.. OMG I know its not funny Leann, but that made me laugh so much! LOL! TODAY the sun is out!!! I so don't want to go to work, I want to stay home sit in the sun and not go to the hospital either. Sigh. LOL I know it's been so frustrating trying to get rid of the little bastards, (I actually found five different nests outside), but all you can do is laugh.... TODAY it is raining raining raining, maybe it will DROWN the wasps. I'm glad for the rain because my flowers outside are getting lots of natural rain. It feels like natural rain is better for the flowers than tap water. Is it better? Maybe I'm totally making this up. Anyway they are growing really well. |

Yes, rain is better as it falls softer and slower, has the right temperature etcetera.
We're supposed to get a lot of it tomorrow but today I just woke up to blue sky and sunshine, lovely.

I am wondering WHEN we are getting the 'Heatwave' our forcasters have promised us.. taps foot..  today was supposed to be scorching.. but it wasn't. I didn't rain, I suppose, and when the sun was out, it was warm. But when the clouds came over, it got quite chilly. |

its been nice today though.. this afternoon, it really was nice and hot. I tried to brown my legs in the sun, so I don't look too pasty when I come out in July.. LOL./

Quite cold but not as stormy as it's been this spring. Dark clouds but no rain. Lots of weather talk on the news. It rained twice as much as usual in May. I had a feeling it's been quite dry, strange |
