Nope, the best act should be at the top. That's all. Apparently they follow some new rule of listing the best 3rd. Maybe to build anticipation while you're reading the list?

From Matt Bellamy (Muse) interview: Conversation then turned to the band’s forthcoming Glastonbury performance - which will also put them in the record books, as the first act to play every night at the festival. “I was particularly happy to see the poster,” he joked, "because our name was at the top. I texted [Coldplay’s] Chris Martin a picture of the poster as a joke, saying, ‘Keep writing the hits mate, you might get headline billing one day.’ And then I went, ‘Seriously, good luck with your stadium tour by the way.’” I knew no good could come from their name not being on the top of the list where it should be!

Glastonbury headliners Coldplay and Muse to donate track for charity album17:07, 19 JUN 2016 UPDATED 17:07, 19 JUN 2016 BY TOM BRYANT
Stars of the Somerset festival are pulling together to raise money for Oxfam Some of the biggest stars at this weekend’s Glastonbury festival are donating a track for free for a live album – to raise money for Oxfam. Headliners Coldplay and Muse will give one of their songs to the live Glastonbury album to promote the charity’s Stand As One campaign. Their aim is to put pressure on world leaders to welcome more refugees and to do more to help and protect them. It's available for download on Friday July 8, stream on July 29 and CD on August 8. Mark Goldring chief executive of Oxfam GB said: “We are very grateful to Glastonbury for bringing the weight of the music world in support of people in desperate need." This year's festival takes place between June 22 to 26 with some huge names, including Coldplay, Adele and Muse set to perform across six stages. The Worthy Farm event promises a heady mix of new, emerging talent and massive artists playing to over 170,000 fans in the flesh and millions across the world. Meanwhile, lucky Glastonbury-goers may miss the famous mud bath this year with Somerset looking to welcome highs of 28 degrees by Saturday. link

This isn't CP related but a sad note for Glasto. Man Dies At Glastonbury Festival Site By WENN in Music / Festivals on 21 June 2016
A man has died after suffering "serious burns" on the site of Britain's Glastonbury Festival just days before it kicks off. The unnamed man, in his 20s, was airlifted from the Worthy Farm grounds in Somerset, England on Monday (20Jun16) after catching on fire and he later passed away from his injuries at a hospital in Birmingham, England. A spokesman for Avon and Somerset police said, “We were called by the fire service after reports of a man on fire at the Glastonbury Festival site at about 5.20pm last night... The man suffered serious burns and was taken by air ambulance to Southmead hospital in Bristol. He was transferred to the Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham, where he sadly later died.” According to reports, the fire is thought to have involved a petrol spillage, and emergency services had difficulty reaching the man due to levels of mud and flooding on the site caused by heavy rain in recent days. The death is being treated as unexplained but is not believed to be suspicious, the spokesman added. The incident comes just a day before gates to the grounds open on Wednesday (22Jun16) ahead of the official start on Friday (24Jun16). Adele, Coldplay and Muse are headlining the three-day event. link
