releasing the lyrics to midnight now makes me think that they want the midnight hype to last awhile. we might not get something else new for awhile. most probably not this week anyway. Yea I was hoping for tomorrow. But with them hyping the song still, it most likely wont happen :( |

If Midnight is quite experimental, so maybe they gonna release EP with LP6? Just like Prospekt's March with Viva la Vida?

Nothing else is released at least until march 11th. New songs revealed in the live performance. An EP of about 3 songs including Midnight is released after the show.

I totally hate waiting for a release, it's so annoying when an artists says "new stuff is done, now wait 8 months to hear it".. |

^ the thing is, they never said it was done. we just assumed we are getting an album sooner than expected because of the out of nowhere midnight release.

Don't get your hopes up, guys. If album is just around the corner, there is also no sense on releasing a standout song like Midnight. That's just my opinion.

you know what.. if the album is around the corner , great. If it isn't fine by me too. I just hope they'll go for an album that really plays tribute to the absolute creative coldplay sound and lyrics. I mean i think everyone on this forum would agree that we need shows with songs that include words like;
Swam out and see your faces, tired of the human races ohhh, answer now it's what i need..
See it in the new sunrise and see it breaking on your horizon oh come'on love stay with meeeeee.. please...please..
That's Coldplay, that's what is coming, no matter if it's in 1 week or 3 months, it's coming our way

so according to oracle's twitter, we are getting oracle back definitely by next friday. so that means the site upgrades will be done and opened up between then and now, which means something will be released in that time. the question is, what is it? could be the first single of lp6 (either midnight as in releasing in itunes, even if it doesn't make sense, magic or something else), the album itself (oh one can dream..) or official info on lp6 (name, an interview maybe?).
