After hearing too many times the new songs from Ghost Stories I thought about the central story of the album. And my theory was: Always in My Head: I think the title says it all, doesn't it? It's the song that introduced the first ghost in the narrator's head. He (she) can not stop thinking about a girl / boy who fell in love with. He (she) has fear of his love not being reciprocated. So his fear makes him try to follow with his life and forget about the ghost but he / she can't. Everything he tries to do not speak louder than the ghost of his head. So he decides to take a risk and open your feelings for her / him. Magic: The boy and girl are already in a relationship with each other. But then some ghost appears in the head of the girl who's the narrator fell in love in the first song. She begins to believe through the ups and downs of the relationship they should perhaps be separated because the magic seems to be over. Then, the narrator tries to convince her otherwise. That despite the ups and downs he still believes in the magic that occurs between the two. No matter if he gets hurt, he can not see he living with anyone but her. Ink: Some people get tattoos to heal from difficult times in their lives and begin to see these moments as something positive in their lives. Grow through these times. No matter the ups and downs, nothing is wasted in life. Everyone can learn from the hard times. I think the girl in this song is trying to tell the narrator that although their relationship is ending he still can continue with his life. He can begin to see the time they passed together as memories of happy times. And use this as a learning experience for future relationships. True Love: The narrator begins to question what is true love. He begins to understand that sometimes love hurts, but love still worth. Maybe the girl still loved him and that is why she decided to end the relationship because she believed it was best for her and for him. Midnight: The point zero of the day. A new beginning. Everything still seems to be dark, and you can feel that you are aimless, hopeless, but give a chance for life, leave a light on. Perhaps the narrator feel he can't continue with his life. But is encouraged to leave a light on and wait for the dawn, the new day, a new beginning and maybe a new relationship. Another's Arms: The narrator can not help but think about his former relationship and how he feels alone without being in a loving relationship. Nothing makes sense in his new life when he is alone at night in his apartment watching television. When he misses the feeling of someone else arms around him. Will he find love again in the arms of someone else? When this new love will come to him? Oceans/ Sky Full Of Stars/ O: He can find meaning to his life. No matter what he was passing through, life is full of possibilities, full of stars. The ocean is vast, the universe is huge, there is no reason to worry. Everything changes, everything flows like water. And life is beatiful with it ups and downs. Ups and downs is part of life. And maybe he finds another girl in one of this songs LOL. I can't belive I wrote this. Self facepalm

^I really love that. After what we heard, it almost feels like love songs. But I think there have to be more. Why would they call it Ghost Stories if the most of the songs are about love?

I like it too, but agree with Prissie, I think there has to be more to it.
