I do miss Jonny but we know he will be there on the album. It's Just great to see them release something so different from the usual formula! That really did take balls.

Wow, not what I was expecting at all. I'm not sure what to make of it yet, but it does remind me of The Escapist and A Spell a Rebel Yell, and I can definitely hear the Hopkins influence.
Those are some interesting dance moves from Chris in the video too... :P

mmmm Sorry guys, I'm trying hard to like the song but for now is like a hard pill to swallow. I got bored after a few listenings. I appreciate the fact they're doing such a bold move and such a unncommercial one. I like the way they're heading to the next album and probably the LP6 will feature different songs just like this one, but will feature better songs too. I'm not shocked or insulted for the direction they're taking, it is not a " This is not a Colplay's song" talk ,but this song is bad and boring. But as a fan I will still fighting and stand for them, no matter what. I know the're capable to do better than this one. And maybe when the song will played live I will like it more.
PS: Sorry for my English. Dora is getting a hard time with me.

"In the darkness, before dawn In the swirling, of the storm Running without our rolling with the punches and hope is gone, Even I have Leave a light, a light on" this is what I heard! In the darkness, before dawn In the swirling, of the storm Running rolling with the punches and hope is gone, Leave a light, a light on Millions are miles from home in the swirlin, swimmin on runnin, rollin with the thunder bleed from thorns leave a light, the light on

I'm less impressed that this was built ontop of a 2003 song by Hopkins. We don't know how much is actually Coldplay and how much is actually Jon Hopkins. The only thing that could be Coldplay is Chris' vocals.

Hmm I think it's cool that they're going in such a completely new direction. The song probably needs some time to sink in but I'd call it a medium-good one. One can definitely hear Jon Hopkins' influence here! I'm always open for experimental music but just hope LP6 will be a bit rockier. The music video is, without doubt, absolutely awesome!!

I like it more because it's completely different than by the song itself. Although they've chenged a lot on previous records, this is the first time I don't fell like I'm listening to Coldplay at all. Don't know what to expect next.

Ohhh....what a great surprise. I love it, love it, love it. It totally got me! I instantly liked the mood, the lyrics (so far I know the words), the beat, the building up. I hope there is more like this to come.... Thank you Coldplay!!

I 'Think' I like it. It's taken a few listens. I have had issues listening at work, so this is really the first time hearing it. I can try and add a poll at the top if people want it.
