Hi! We were wondering if you got there and how you enjoyed the show! We've had a couple of videos, but we would love any pics or videos or stories. I knew it would be wonderful, and I'm anxious to hear your thoughts. For example, were people really talking as much as it seems on a couple of the videos? And I'm glad you got to enjoy a bit of NYC! Thanks for any info, when you get the chance. Welcome back!

Interesting podcast. I love it when people are blown away, and they usually are. I love how he said he was so affable and worked the audience like a pro (in so many words.) Around 40:15, he plays a clip of Chris starting Paradise but then Chris stops and says "That's not Paradise, that's something shi**ty" or something like that. The announcer says later that he went on to say that what he played was a song that nobody should have ever heard. It sounds a lot like what he played at the beginning of Paradise on the Howard Stern show in 2011. Not that it means anything, but it just popped into my head. Howard Stern clip

So interesting thanks for posting! "Chris you're so sexy!" "Well! You're being very friendly!" LOL @ this And unrelated to Coldplay The "but for my wife whatever it takes".....AWWWW!!! Also nice to know that there were definitely some true fans there after so much frustration with the chatting.

Well friends so sorry to be spamming this thread but I can't stop gushing.
The video Keaton posted of Viva... OMG so adorable. I love how he's standing on his toes half the time. And those flirty looks he keeps giving to whoever is to his right.... yum.
Side note, why no more guitar drawings???
On another side note... *sigh* Chris is amazing. Just sayin'.

Reply · Evelyn Imbriani2 hours ago I was very lucky to have met him earlier in the day & told him that I had desperately tried winning tickets but didn't get lucky so he put me on his guest list! It was literally the best night of my life! He is an amazing soul! Reply · 1 alienxslayer2 hours ago

This man, and the whole band, seem to be decent, humble, caring people. Imagine meeting Chris on the street (really, imagine....sigh) and he put you on his guest list just because you say you tried to get tickets, like thousands of other people. It makes my head spin. Lucky, lucky lucky. I wonder how many other rock stars would do such a thing.

Now I think I can reveal it... And you will understand why I love that band so much : back in 2011 when they played a lot of festivals. Pinkpop : front row, Werchter : front row, Optimus Alive : front row. During the encore (Clocks) a man came and asked me if I wanted to go to the iTunes festival. Of course I wanted it, I have already booked a hotel even if I didn't have a ticket. That man gave me his iPhone so I could enter my name and adress and a week after I found in my mailbox a note saying : 'Chris would like to offer you two tickets for the iTunes festival'.
Chris and Jonny, Guy, Will, Phil are the best men in this universe !!!
Of course I kept the note, and even the envelop!
That's why nothing can beat the iTunes festival in my heart, even if the RAH was amazing. But being on Coldplay guestlist is beyond great!
sorry for spamming the thread with my story.
