Hello thread, we meet again Maybe you could listen to some classical music to get some sleep? Symphonies can make someone who listens to rock music quite sleepy

Ooh Mozart's clarinet concerto would be lovely.
Trying to embed YouTube Martin Fröst, part 2 but it won't let me. One of the most beautiful pieces of music I know.

Mozart worked wonders I'm back to bad habits. I've decided 11pm is bedtime, then I'm allowed to watch Big Bang Theory in bed. It's already 11.30 and here I am. Why is it so hard I'm a night person, it's not practical.

Had problems yesterday too. It was sooo warm in my room... At 2:30, I opened my window and let the cold air in and after 20 minutes, I could finally sleep. I am grateful for the temperature

Really, if it wasn't for work, school or other appointments, we'd all sleep when we wanted and nobody would have sleep issues. I think I'd quite like to spend a year as a cat.. that's what my lot do.. sleep when nothing interesting is happening.. other than that they eat or play. Really not a bad life.

I am grateful for the temperature That's key for anyone who has trouble sleeping. Make sure your room is the right temperature for you. It really affects my sleep. If it's too warm I have to turn on the A/C before I go to bed, no matter what the season.

Nightmares are so scary! Luckily I don't have them often, but it's awful to wake up and be too scared to go back to sleep. I hope you have slept well since. Lately I've had really weird dreams and I remember them in the morning. Also the same themes reoccur. I should write them down.

Lately I've had really weird dreams and I remember them in the morning. Also the same themes reoccur. I should write them down. I have the same themes too. My nightmares are almost always about some kind of haunted house. That's what it was the other day. All of these dark shadows were attacking me. Hmmm now off on a trip across the internet to try to find out what this means.... Oh look who showed up with an explanation.... www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-163144/Why-I-dream-haunted-house.htmlWhat no analysis of the outfit I'm wearing in my dream????

Although I dream different things as well, I've had several recurring dreams. One is a swinging elevator. Another is the classic 'getting lost at school.' Lost, didn't do homework, that kind of thing.
