I got a new memory foam pillow today! Excited to try it out tonight. I've been thinking about getting one, let me know how yours is. Haunted house dream sounds really scary. I started reading about the meaning of dreams too, found some very interesting things. This needs digging in to. One of my recurring themes is also about houses, funny all three of us have those, but it seems very common. Oh and thanks for today's English lesson, I learned the difference between recur and reoccur

This is what I got: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EINBSEW?keywords=bamboo%20memory%20foam%20pillow%20queen&qid=1445401232&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1It's so funny how people have different recurring bad dreams. Mine are always about a haunted house, or being lost somewhere and trying to get home.

I use a memory-foam pillow too, I love the support it gives me, it took a bit of getting used to but if I stay away from home I really miss it
You know I quite often have dreaams that are based in my child-hood home, weird but nice, its amazing what information we keep stored in our brains
as for sleep, working nights often means I lose sleep hours, I had a busy week last week which meant getting up 'early' but last night( my second night off) I slept from 11pm to 6am then made a cuppa and took it back to bed, I read for an hour and started feeling sleepy so then slept from 7am to 1.15pm! I think your body takes what it needs and I do feel better for it

Thank you both! My old pillow has gone flat and I've been having neck pains, it's time to try memory foam. That one looks so fluffy and nice. It's a wonderful moment when your head meets the pillow Sounds lovely Karen! I love days when I can read a little and go back to sleep.

I think I need a pillow like that too! I am having a lot of neck and shoulder issues for years now. Tried a lot of different pillow, but without luck...

Your're right, it must be bad for those of you who are on them all day. I had an awful night sleep last night, 4hours solid then WIDE awake, this often happens because my body clock is all over the place but last night was the worst for a while, hopefully I'll catch up tonight before my next night shift on Weds

I don't know how you do it Karen. It must throw you out so much.. a bit like being jet lagged all the time?
I had a poor nights sleep too.. but I have a really horrid cold and it made me keep waking up feeling all hot and sweaty, no fun at all.. Hoping tonight now I am really tired will make me sleep better. Fingers crossed. At least tomorrow is Friday. Really needing a weekend.

I am up too early this morning and can't sleep. Oh well, it's a bright beautiful day! Might as well get it started early!
