I kinda like that mashup. It's an interesting mix and I think it mostly works, G'night everyone, hopefully the next time I'm online it'll be after 7am (when I'm meant to wake up!) Or not… 03:50am I am actually done with this

Better put it in a spoiler, since this isn't the Chris thread I'm not a fangirl yet, but I see more now than I used to lol.

Definitely. Some said it is contagious, I just "nah, not me". No one said he was gonna look like an elf

There is only one thing left to try Amelia. Accept you are nocturnal. Tell the school you're really an owl and will be going in at night and then you can sleep all day. (I don't suppose that helps much? )

Yay, I knew it was just a matter of time before Carina saw the Chris light. Just give in and let the Chrisness take over....let it take over..... Amelia, Amelia, Amelia. Short of coming over there and hitting you over the head with something each night, what are we going to do with you? Have you tried all the normal stuff like warm milk? Taking a hot bath and reading a bit? I wish we could do something for you!

Amelia, why don't you go jogging in the afternoon? You should be tired when it's time to go to bed then

You guys are so lovely, so concerned about me like this There is only one thing left to try Amelia. Accept you are nocturnal. Tell the school you're really an owl and will be going in at night and then you can sleep all day. (I don't suppose that helps much? ) But, none of the teachers could come in at night, so I just wouldn't go to school. Actually, that arrangement might work. Thanks, Row! I may just learn guitar and become a Coldplay roadie… a very, very young one… Amelia, Amelia, Amelia. Short of coming over there and hitting you over the head with something each night, what are we going to do with you? Have you tried all the normal stuff like warm milk? Taking a hot bath and reading a bit? I wish we could do something for you! I've actually had sleep problems for a long time (mainly because it takes me ages to actually fall asleep) but it's never been this bad. We don't have a shower in our house so I always have a bath before bed anyway. Hot milk… I think I've tried that, it just blocks my nose and makes it worse! Reading either distracts me or most of the time I'm too flipping tired to read and I just want to go to bed But I have tried reading, usually comedy to stop me having nightmares… it doesn't work :( I've tried reading, listening to music, listening to audiobooks/radio shows, just lying down and relaxing after a long day… EVERYTHING. Well, probably not everything. But all the obvious stuff. I think the hitting me over the head option is probably the best idea! You know I have a new theory… I might not be able to sleep because of stress. I don't think of myself as stressed but we had to take this test thing at school today and apparently I am… according to a piece of paper But seriously we had a sheet that had the symptoms and stuff and I was just ticking them off like "yes, yes, yes" so that is my latest theory and I have no idea what to do about it.

But I don't know, I just kind of lie there for ages, look at the clock. Sometimes I fall asleep and I always wake up at about the same time, between 3:30 and 4:00. Sometimes I don't sleep but I always end up in the boards at that sort of time anyway. Usually when I come here it's because I'm sick of it and want to know if there's anyone to talk to. Of course there almost never is and I end up watching Mock the Week… haha. But I like your idea. Or I would if I wasn't so bad at running at least!

I wish I could take you into some relaxation excercises and meditating for a while. I wrote about your sleepproblem as because of stress at the same time as you in another topic (really - that is strange isn't it?) - maybe it is because of the tickets??? Luckely I have never a sleep problem, unless it is now & then because of my nightshifts.

By the way, I don't live on the west coast, but I do live in the west I did say that I lived on the coast in a chat once, sorry Perhaps haha! All the excitement I do think I need to learn how to relax. I think if I have to do the night shift when I'm older I will die
